Soon to be moving around the Cheltenham and Gloucestershire area is our latest work, a new spring/summer marketing campaign for estate agent, Read Maurice.
In a very crowded market, it’s essential to stand out and be noticed. Our brief was to deliver a marketing campaign that was both fresh and innovative, avoiding many of the well-trodden clichés and pitfalls that come from the competition.
Our involvement in the project began after Read Maurice commissioned a series of superb illustrations by Lo Cole for its company office. The illustrations were so well received that the company wanted to incorporate them within a marketing campaign and so approached us.
Ensuring that the illustrations would complement the six flyers / posters that we had to create, and working with Lo Cole to adapt and develop them where necessary, we came up with an overarching theme that pinned down, in our opinion, one of the company’s key selling points; personality. Everything we did, from creating the impactful typographic style, to writing clever and relatable copy, was brought together by this one theme.
So whether we had to convey the company’s close relationship with landlords, or the fact that the Directors were involved every step of the way when selling, the marketing material and striking illustrations we created set out to convey this.
This is the first wave of the campaign, beginning with the above flyer, window poster and email marketing and we can’t wait for the rest to launch. Following our work, we are currently working on developing one of the illustrations onto their van livery. Should catch the eye!
